Can the world negotiate with the Bush adminstration and it's puppets? Can we have a calm dialogue with the IMF and Neoliberalists regarding allowing everyone else on this planet to live and breathe and have clean water to drink, having access to food education and health care.
If they are going to have goals counter to these aims then perhaps there needs to be a discussion between the different interests. Cause right now these "individuals" have way too much power and resources, they need to unclench the fist and give some up.
Maybe all they really want is a hug, maybe their mommy didn't love them enough and they want love, i don't know but their interests right now seem insane.

There is no chance they would negotiate. They have the upper hand and are resolute in their ideas.

I recently heard a statistic that it would cost a $1 to provide every person without water with water, and that doing that would increase their productivity by $7.
