What is this I hear about George Bush declaring that North Korea, Iran, and Iraq are the "Axis of Evil". I could have sworn that in the begining of this "War on Terrorism" (Which I might add is impossible to win, because a terrorist is basically an 'occupation'..) that there would be nothing more than "A few special forces operations in Afghanistan." Has CNN lied to me once again? Surprise, Surprise. Well.. I'm wondering what other countries Bush is adding to hit hitlist. I'm sure he has something in mind with all these hundreds of billions of dollars he want's to spend on 'National Security'. If anyone has any idea on exactly what Bush's plans are or what other countries he wants to Imperialise, tell me.

I think he's trying to get North Korea, Iran and Iraq compared to Japan, Italy and Germany during World War II. Perhaps he's even trying to compare himself to Roosevelt.
Yeah, right.

you may notice that the US is slowly but surely gaining the military and political support of countries neighbouring china. afghanistan was taken by force, and uzbekistan, tadjikistan, the phillipines and a few other countries bordering or near china have given the US armed forces free access to their respective countries. if north korea is taken, this would be another added to the list and then....

I don't think the US would be dumb enough to try to take over China, as dumb as we are. We already control a lot of what goes on in that country, and since it's got the largest population on earth, they'd be able to fight like hell. They could beat us.

i believe she meant "us" as in the united states, seeing that we're citizens of it, even if not by choice. anyway..
i doubt we're dumb enough to try to take land in china. land war in asia has rarely ever been of any success in history, i think it's amazing that we've got even this far....

I do hope bush isn't dumb enough to attack China. Sounds like something he would do though. Aside fromthe fact that just about everything within the United States, includeing this american flag I'm looking at, is made in China. My shoes are made in China, my shirt is made in China, I would not be surprised if this computer was made in China. Yes, well, I hope he doesn't attempt to start another World War, based on "Terrorism".

attacks aren't conducted by the military.....there are other forms of attacks....such as economic sanctions and what have you

hed never attack any of these (china, peoples korea, iraq, iran) except maybe iraq. they want revenge as his dad failed toend his reign during the gulf. iran couldve made things v. difficult for the US during the war on "terror". i suppose that they did reply wen US said "you are our side or the terrorists", they replied that they werent on their side or the terrorists. US cant stand losing face. north korea- the US complain they have weapons of mass destrucion- thay have enough plutonium for 2 weapons i read- how many have the us got? the US wont allow weapon inspection, yet they condemn iraq for doing the same. i wonder what would happen if someone complained bout the US weapons of mass destruction.

The US wont attack North Korea.
South Korea doesn't want the North to collaspe - their economy could not survive a sudden influx of straving people and heavily indocrtinated, possibly hostile natives.
Russia is becoming quite friendly with North Korea, they have signed friendship treaties and military ties, as has China.
I think the USA wants to encircle China with American influenced countries, to make the missile defense scheme more effective.

This isn't fair! Why didn't he allow Cuba in the Axis? Isn't it Communist, and left enough to deserve "evil"? Personaly, I'm offended by all the countrys that didn't get called evil by Bush. They deserve it by his standards!

I bet Lybia is really upset theyre not cool enough to be in The Axis. They just havent been causing enough trouble lately, lazy bums (or is it, they dont have anything we want right now?). I hope George W has good luck with this one tho, that last Axis really smacked us around.
Next thing you know N Korea's going to attack Pearl Harbor.....

LOL to IWDY about the Roosevelt comment.
I read an interview with Rumsfeld in the Daily Telegraph yesterday (not my choice, I read The Independent normally, but it was my parents'), and he was saying how the US are perfectly prepared to carry out this war alone, so Kamo's claims might not make much difference. Besides, the UK and Australia would back him whatever.
He hinted that Iraq were considered the evilest of the three, then N Korea. He also hinted that there were prison camps in N Korea "as big as cities, with tens of thousands of people in them" or words to that effect.
To link to the article, I'd have to register to the Telegraph, and I don't want those fuckers having my email address so forget it!!

DPRK ready to fight war to be imposed by U.S.
Pyongyang, February 27 (KCNA) -- Rodong Sinmun today in a signed commentary describes Bush's South Korea junket as one for confrontation and war against peace and reunification. The DPRK can not but take a very serious view of his remarks intended to force the DPRK to change its political system, the commentary notes, and continues:
To force the Korean people to abandon man-centred socialism of Korean style, their life and soul and their future, is little short of urging them to follow the western and American way of life and opt for slavery and death.
Bush disclosed the U.S. stand against Korean reunification and its ambition for aggression when he asserted that he would keep the U.S. forces in South Korea as ever and make all efforts to deter "aggression" from someone, calling for "freedom" and "peace" of South Korea.
His outbursts reiterated the U.S. strategic idea and stand to put South Korea under its permanent military control and perpetuate Korea's division and invade the DPRK with it as an advance base and frontline defence theatre in a bid to conquer Asia.
During his South Korea visit he called for the "elimination of the weapons of mass-destruction," describing the DPRK as a "dangerous regime." This is a profound confusing of right and wrong and justice and injustice.
As the DPRK explicitly stated, it remains unfazed and nonchalant despite of Bush group's malignant vituperation and threat of aggression against it and will react to it with the toughest stand. It has already clarified that it develops missiles for self-defence.
The enemy's frantic moves to stifle the DPRK will only compel it to further increase its capability for self-defence and keep itself ready to fight a war of justice.
The Bush clan who tries to force the DPRK to change its political system is not qualified to sit at the negotiating table with it.
The DPRK is not interested in the dialogue called for by the U.S. keen on inventing a pretext for a war to invade it while not recognizing its political system.
The DPRK does not feel any need to have such useless dialogue.
It sounds ominous
