Right, some of the NY fire fighters that were on 'Ground Zero' just after the towers came down claim that they have respitory problems and are fighting for the the right to sue the.
Now for the best quote of all time --
'To choose one’s victims, to prepare one’s plan minutely, to slake an implacable vengeance, and then to go to bed…there is nothing sweeter in the world.'
--Joseph Stalin

OK I'll type slowly so you Irish peeps will clear this up.........
Revolutionary spirit wants to know where you are in Ireland, irishguevara, a very relevant question to your point of view.
I have no idea what the Stalin quote is saying. Is he saying plotting heinous, slow vengeance is sweet or going to bed and not doing it is sweet?
What about the firefighters? Are you objecting to the US propensity to sue for every last little thing? Or you don't like firefighters? You think toxic poisoning is all in a day's work?
You know, it helps to have a point.

Kamo, why in the hell are you defending Stalin?! He was one of the most "evil" men to walk the planet, communist or not. That quote shows his exacy demenor of thinking. He stabbed all of his "comrades" in the back, killed millions of innocent people, enslaved millions more, exiled people, destroyed the USSR, and much more. I can't understand why anyone would wanto to stick up for this fuck-head.
He deserves to be bashed over and over again and hopefully these attacks on Stalin and his image will never stop.
No Viva Stalin.

Stalin wasn't an angel but he wasn't the beast made out by the west.
These facts and statistics are pure speculation.
Propaganda spat out by the capitalists to make communism seem evil. Why is it that everyone can not believe the press now but has no problem buying the shit invented 50 years ago. Don't forget the conditions the world was in back then.
I'm not a stalinist and I don't doubt he did some bad stuff. But he wasn't the only man in the USSR. Read up on what Mao said about Stalin for a balanced view.
And remember Mao and Stalin had their differences too.
Castro also has stated that to blame Stalin totally would be wrong.
To continually bash Stalin is a good way to tarnish communism, don't forget perception is reality after all.
I feel like a scratched record.

Rummels estimate for Stalin's death toll (60 million) is pure bollux.
If Stalin did kill that many people where did all the bodies go? I mean in Cambodia there's skulls lying about the place and that wasn't as bad as 60/165 of the population and bear in mind things don't rot in siberia.
I mean with Hitler there's explainations as to where the bodies went (burned them) but with Stalin there isn't anything to explain where all these people went.
Although having said that, the proportions of males to females in Russia is unusually weighted towards females and the age which has been most affected is from around that time, so something must have brought the male population down. And it was either WW2 losses or Stalin.

The man who accused Stalin of killing millions was one of Hitlers best friends. This was spread as propoganda. In fact, when all of the KGB files were released, there were very few records of stalin killing anyone, despite what many anti-communists said. And let's not forget, Stalin did help leade the Soviets to Victory with his five year plan, and were it not for the Soviet Union during the Second World War, we would all be dead, or saluting a swastica everymorning and saying, "Heil Hitler". Stalin did NOT kill 60 million people. There is no evidence of it. Other than what a couple of people say.

Moskitto, Siberia is a big frozen desert of mostly nothingness. That's alot of empty space to hide things.
Although now I'm seeing how propaganda could easily come into play here. I'd like to take back everything I said on Stalin until I can gain enough information to make a backed general assumption as to wether or not he was as bad as they're making him out to be. This could definetly be an attack on communism through propaganda.
But Stalin did take all the power and fuck the USSR, I'm still thinking that to be true.
