"North Korean leaflets containing self-praising propaganda and criticism against the South are dispersed by rubber balloon toward the South from some ten points along a front line, especially from an area immediately north of the Seoul metropolitan area. Leaflet operations are carried out by rubber balloon companies of the corps political bureau under the control of the Enemy Force Breakup Operation Department."

I only bring home about $800 a month from my job. When rent is $400 for a small cramped apartment and a car payment for a decent used car is $250 I don't have very much left for food, insurance, emergencies, ect.

If I could, I would pick car-less North Korea and public transportation anyday just to be able to have a decent apartment with luxuries like better clothes, healthcare, furniture, ect.
