Let's see, there's the Argies and Attaque 77, Manic Hispanic, Voodoo Glow Skulls.
Ricanstruction are more of a RATM type band, I think they mostly sing in english.

Flema, 2 Minutos, Minoria Activa, Mal De Parkinson, Massacre Palestina, Uaita, Pilsen and many others appeared on the Clash Tribute "Buenos Aires City Rockers" cool stuff.

Moon Records put out a few comps of Latin Ska that had some punky-ska stuff on it.

Boikot is excellent! I was surprised that they hadn't already been named.

Some favorite Boikot songs of mine: "Comandante Che Guevara", "Korsakov", "No Pasaran Y Bella Ciao", "No Pierdo el Tiempo", and "La Vieja Escuela."

Whats wrong with Victory Records? They have some amazing HC acts like Earth Crisis, Hatebreed, Blood for Blood, The Hoods, All Out War, etc. (yeah, One Life Crew were shit but they were kicked out). VGS are basically ska-core.
