View Full Version : How could we defeat a counter-revolution?
" Counter revolution._ a revolution opposed to a former one, and restoring a former state of things. "
the USA (CIA) is infamous for making a "Counter-Revolution"
the CIA was responsible for the Contras in Nicaragua - which counter revolutionized
if we ever start a revolution anywhere , the CIA will probably counter-attack us , how could we defeat an opponent as strong as the CIA?
maybe they have a weak spot or something, nobody is invincible , even the USA, when they lost against Vietnam.

Ok this is going to be short. But massmobilisations of armed workers is of course one way forward. In Chile things could have looked different if the Allende government had armed the workers I think. Also a revolution in a advanced capitalist country would send shockwawes through america. This would undermine the Cia I think.
The CIA isn't as mighty as everybody thinks. As any other capitalist stateinstitution it can be crushed.

The power of the state lies in the police force, be it your average copper, FBI, CID, etc. Control the police, and you control the country. Bribery works. The police are not super-humans, they have weaknesses just like the rest of us. If they cannot be bribed, I'm positive brainwashing could do the trick. Brainwash the police and use them to destroy the government.

built your revolution on solid pricipals, if the people feel a part of it they will fight for the cause until death.
Why was china? or the Russian revolution not overthrown?
the answer(in my opinion) lies if one studies it. The chinese and Russians did some crazy stuff during the revolution. People knew they would die but still went to fight against impossible odds.
The revolution is like a child, you must make every member of society feel like a parent who's job is to protect, nurture it, and allow it to grow.

It takes at least a generation of ideological change in order for men with new beleifs to saturate the military and intelligence communities. If you have the army and enough high ranking men in the intelligence structure that with army support they could remove anyone in the agency that didn't share the beleifs of the revolution. Thereby eliminating a counter revolution
