I want a left handed fender jaguar, turn it upside down and re-string it so it plays right handed but is upside down.
Other than that i want a hollow body les paul or a fender jagstang.
Jaguar and Jagstang in orange and les paul in white.

Well, I have my dream bass. I fender aerodyne Jazz bass. I love it to pieces. As for guitar? I'd say either an SG special, or a fender american deluxe strat. My lead guitarist in my band has one. I drool with envy everytime I see it...and he lets me play it on occasion....(drool.) :D

Oh, yeah.
Some of you might find this very 'schlock', but I dig it.

why? a Fender american deluxe strat cost like £2000 I got my Fender Mexi Strat for £300 and it is just as good. You are paying like £1700 for the "made in U$A" and better screws to keep it together. The Picks are pretty much exactly the same with no real noticeabel difference.

dream guitar?
my strato-copy is good, it has the best neck i ever played...and it sounds crappy...
Les Paul would be also great, but it's quite heavy and neck is a bit too thick and they are very expencive...
and telecasters are also cool...but after all i'd choose Gibson Les Paul standart.

I'm a fender man, Les Paul's don't really get me excited. The way they play is real awkward and heavy, their body is to heavy as well.
The Strat is probably my favourite guitar, perfect in pretty much every aspect, great neck, great weight, great looks, great pick-ups, sounds great with any tone you like. Just Pure Guitar Heaven.
