It was a few months before Christmas (I think) when the miners of Bolivia overthrew the goverment using the tools of their trade. George W said something along the lines of 'bombs and guns are not the tools of democracy' and promised intervention...I did a quick search on the boards but only found the news of it first happening, no follow ups...
