For several years now Swedish organisations like AFA (Anti-Fascist Action), RF (Revolutionary Front), SUF (Syndicalist Youth Organisation), Alarm and many other organisations, and of course, unorganized individuals, been battling nazis.
The Swedish nazi-movement grew during the 90's because of the economic downfall that was caused by the more liberal politics that came with the European Union.
I just thought I would let you glimpse upon moment, recent and older, from the swedish antifascist movement.

Of course all faces are blurred for safety reasons.

These photos are very new, just a week old. They was taken in gothemburg when ND (Nationaldemocrats) had announced an demostration. Of course there was a counter-demonstration...

the banner says "Crush racism"

This is the scale of the demonstration

Nazis on the other side of the river... The police managed to keep the two groups separate (the gothemburg police has a lot of practice in handling riots...)

http://indymedia.se/usermedia/image/5/large/1_08.jpg
The police has the bridge closed off... Of course the nazis claimed the cops where there to protect the reds, but if you notice in what direction the cops aim their shields.... they aren't even looking at the nazis... <_<

Demostrators try to circle around the police. They ultimatly failed. One cop was hit by a flask, but that was about all the violence there was.

Nice view eye? This is from the nazis perspective...

Now some pictures from the biggest happening in nazi-europe, the annual Salem-demonstration. Over 2000 nazis demostrate against the "swedish-hostile violence from immigrants".
Don't mind the internetadress www.revolution.se, it just leads to a pathetic trot-sect. They probably aren't even present on the pictures, but they took the best pictures and they don't want anyone who looks at them not knowing who they are.

Black block in helmets are armed and ready.
the banner says "Strike back fascism" and most of the activists are probably from AFA.

http://indymedia.se/usermedia/image/13/large/1_salem2.jpg

Anyone up for a fight? Police blocked the exit and denied people from getting home. Then they stormed. Only thanks to the courage of those who stood up and fought them back, 15 of whom went to hospital after police violence, saved women and small children from being mauled by the charging policmen.

Protestors used bengals fires to give the cops trouble breathing, and seeing.

Fighting going on in the front...

I am not sure what it is called, but there is a day that is devoted to the memory of the jews that where killed in nazi-germny. This day is basicly the only peaceful antifascist demostrations that occour.

http://indymedia.se/usermedia/image/3/imc2.jpg
"Lesbians against fascism"

http://indymedia.se/usermedia/image/2/imc1.jpg
"Against fascism, for multiculturalism."

http://indymedia.se/usermedia/image/4/large/imc3.jpg
A banner from Alarm, and a banner that says "Love your neightbor instead of your motherland"

http://indymedia.se/usermedia/image/5/large/imc4.jpg
the demostration continues beyond the picture as you can see... pretty big.

Växjö last autumt... The police sends out the heavy cavalery to protect the rougly 150 nazis that protestad against the plans on building a Mosque. Muslims, UN, Socialdemocrats and the Swedish church held one counter-demostration. AFA held another...

http://indymedia.se/usermedia/image/3/large/1_nassar.jpg
Nazis feeling fine with the cops close by.

http://indymedia.se/usermedia/image/11/large/Picture078.jpg
I would feel pretty safe too.... atleast with these guys guarding me...

http://indymedia.se/usermedia/image/7/large/Picture083.jpg
Cop bastards tears a protester up from the ground after stepping on his throat and almost breaking his finger to get him caled down. (It hurt)

Most of them last autumn and this spring. Some pictures are a little older, 2001 as oldest.

I must ask where you have obtained this pictures?

The one I have posted (below) seems to be that of a picture that one of our members posted claiming that they were at this protest. Interesting I must say, if anyone can either confirm or deny my assumption, it would be helpful.

Edit: Guess the picture won't load. Anyhow, I'm sure some of you realize which one I'm talking about. Someone (can't remember who) has taken credit for one of those pictures, when obviously it was stolen from the internet.

Now what kind of logic is that? You can be take part in a protests in still take the pictures from other sites...

My salute to the Swedish Antifa! It's really great to see how the German antifa concept finds so many followers in Sweden. At least one good thing coming from Germany. :D

The master race are looking less and less healthy as the years go on, aren't they?

They'll really need to replenish their bloodline soon.
