I read Love in the time of cholera and one hundred years of solitude.. Both nice books and engaging but they're kind of in the Paulo Cohelo mystical magical mould which can get a bit.. Y'know.. Well he's much better than Cohelo anyway..

I have read Chronicle of a Death Foretold. I found it most interesting. I'm not a fan of magic realism though I'm afraid.
