So far confirmed are The White Stripes, the Darkness, the Offspring, the hives, and the streets (lots of the's) plus 50 cent, franz ferdinand, lostprophets and greenday.

I'm not overly impressed with this list but I still soooo want to go, don't know if I'll make it though.

For more info see the official site (http://www.readingfestival.com). And aloud.com has already sold out of weekend tickets! Argh!

I don't like the music.

But I will be there nonetheless.

Ooo ooo The Streets! They're great. Although I'm not a huge rap fan.

I would like to see 50 Cent and The Offspring. But I'm not going to stay in a tent and not shower at all for 3 days.

Oooh, Muse should be awesome, lucky you.

CM, the camping's part of the whole thing,y uo get to be smelly and yucky and not give a shit, a chance to live outside the hygiene boundaries of society! Ok, call me pretentious if you like but I don't give a fuck, I want to live like that for a few days.

dude, that's why they set up water taps all over the place so you can wash the four essentials: face, pits, crotch, and ass.

i wouldn't do it to see 50 cent and the offspring or any bands on the list for that matter.....

On the list? I'm not really keen on them (apparently 50 cent is really shit live by the way), but they haven't confirmed anyone for the radio 1, concrete jungle or carling stages yet, and they have some really good people on those usually.

I didn't know that, I only need to wash my hairsince I put mousse in it. How would you know though, you don't live in the UK, have you been to Reading?

I would have liked to seen to Woodstock 99' in the U.S.

I like to stay inside those boundaries. And I don't like tents either.

We have this festival in Belgium that beats the crap out of all other festival. Rock Werchter rules them all, but I'm not sure if I'm going, I'm not a festival-person :), I would prefer somewhere quiet, some soft music and my girlfriend
