I believe that it has a new name now, but where do all of you stand on the status of this school? Should we have it, is it causing any harm/good? I personally am against it (although I used to be neutral on the subject) because it further strengthens the United States' hold on Latin American governments....

School of the Americas is a terrorist organization that teaches torture.
Was it's site in Panama it's original location?
I know the schools founding there and the whole lose of Panama has a lot to do with where Bush's power comes from. Many people in his cabinet had connections to Panama. karen Hughes, Bush's PR director's father was the governor i believe and lowered the American flag there, Noriega was trained there,etc.
It's all about controlling the hemisphere through any means necessary
