Tom Morello is being boycotted by a group called PABAAH for "anti-American" statements.
It's The List!
Speak out against any of George Bush's actions and you just might make the list. Patriotic Americans Boycotting Anti-American Hollywood or PABAAH (which sounds a great deal like something South Park's Timmy would say) have a list of entertainers that you should readily boycott. What pertains most to the readers of IndustrialnatioN, besides some of the cast from Lord of the Rings and the X-Files and to a lesser extent, Moby, is Ministry's Al Jourgensen and Tool's Maynard Keenan. Good on ya fellas! The weird thing is if you check out the Patriotic Hollywood crowd and scroll down to musicians, you'll find Gary Numan and Mike Oldfield. Man, who would win in a fight between those four? Feel free to roam around the sight and marvel at the conviction these people have that everything George Bush says and does is gospel. Apparently it was him that was on the cross and then resurrected three days later. If you feel you need to support PABAAH, the ban on gay marriage, and the ban on stem cell research go right ahead. Then kill yourself. Slowly. _BLL

If you want to view the list here's a link:

Other musicians on the boycott list are Santana, Ani Di Franco, Dave Matthews, Bruce Springsteen, Dixie Chicks, Elton John, John Mellencamp, Eminem, Pearl Jam, Neil Young, George Michael, Madonna, Moby, Sheryl Crow, Lou Reed, Sting, Beastie Boys, R.E.M., Rage Against the Machine/Audioslave, U2, Jethro Tull.
Here's a video of the leader of this PABAAH group, Jon Alvarez, when he was shown on The Daily Show. This guy is an idiot and it's pretty damn funny.

What's wrong with Caddyshack II?
It's been about 10 years since I've seen it, but as I recall it had an anti-elitist message.
Those guys are idiots.
I thought everyone on that list was a leftist... untill I saw Eminem who is probably there for being too obscene. He's extremely mysoginistic and homophobic.
So I guess not everyone on that list is a good person, politicaly speaking.

Exactly. Caddyshack rocks (though i think the first one is better than the second).
A thought i had: They put Eminem up on the list so as to denounce the intelligence and promote the obscenity and immorality of the other people on the list. I think they were trying to say something by putting him with the others.

Don't get me wrong, I'm a fan of the first Caddyshack, the second one sucked it hard. To me Rodney was the first one, to replace him with Jackie Mason is just a bad idea. Randy Quaid is crap and what the hell was with Dan Aykroyd sounding like his lungs were collapsing.
Foolishness!

The people behind that PABAAH sure is stupid. They should change their name to just BAH, the sound made by sheeps to suit their IQ level.

I saw that episode from several weeks ago.
It was about Ed Asner who played Santa Claus in Elf.
PABAH or whatever the fuck it's called was *****ing about the fact that this alleged communist played Santa.
So the Daily Show made them out to seem like some McCarthyists... which they are.
"You're not McCarthyists. You're only compliling a list of unpatriotic Americans"
"yeah"

The Daily Show is the best show on TV. I know that isn't saying much when you consider most of the crappy sitcoms and dramas.

I like the Daily Show. It's about all I watch, aside from the occasional South Park episode and SNL.
It's shame Mo Rocca left the show. :(

Anti american celebrities? Interesting.
We should make a contradictory list of pro-American celebrities to boycott.

In response to someone's comments, Eminem is on the list because of his anti-American comments in "White America" as well as references to ki11ing the president.
...I didn't use L's because it would bring even more unwanted attention--I recently saw a special on how the secret service moniters any site with certain words and phrases about the president.

Also on a song called "We are Americans" he raps: "Fuck money/I don't rap for dead presidents/I'd rather see the president dead."

Toby Keith is at the top of that list for me.

I think it's silly to boycott anyone based on political beliefs. If they're a musician or artist they should be boycotted because their music or movie sucks. Anyway, if you go over the pictures it shows a popup with what each celeb said. Not all of them have a description, though.
