Yeah...I cried when I saw the reports....

It's really devastating cuz who can believe that the political party that has been tied with the support and ordering of the 70,000 murders during the 80's won over 60% of the vote? Its utter bullshit...

Makes me really frustrated wondering if the the Civil War made ANY difference for the country...all the people who lost their lives for the cause, or have committed their lives for it...just so those bastards take the office once again...

Well, on the plus side, its clear that this party will not represent the interests of the workers, peasants and poor, and once they see this, the masses will move. However, more importantly, if things go well in Venezuela, Bolivia, then it will serve a beacon for the El Salvadorean masses, who will take power into their own hands.

What are the policies of the Communist Party there? They came 2nd didnt they?

My main worry is that USA will use El Salvador to attack and sabotage the revolution in Venezuela...

That party has been running the country for the last 14 years, I doubt there will be any changes for good or bad, just the same as its been for a long time.
