Is there any way to stop this? Can we ( young communists) actually reverse what is happening?
Imagine you start a revolution somewhere, the U.S can somehow say that you are terrorists and nuke you to hell.

Unfortunately, we live in a world that is run by the U$ and their dollars. So there are two things that need to happen...
1) The American people need to rise up against their leadership and say enough! They need to get someone into office that is not an imperialist and is not out to make more money for himself and his daddy. Michael Moore suggested Oprah. I don't know about that but you get the point. They need to elect a leader that actually cares about his/her fellow man.
2) The world (especially Latin America since that seems to be the area most raped and pillaged by the U$) needs to rise up against the U$. We are only reliant on them because we allow ourselves to be. If the coalition of the unwilling (Canada, France, Germany, etc.) joined forces with Latin America and the Middle East then they could change the system into one that does not rely on American dollars or assistance. We could make them the outsiders. We hand them their power out of fear.
Whether or not these things will ever happen...I don't know. Maybe not in our lifetimes. The U$ is a notorious gangster that preys on a poor neighbourhood. But we do not need their protection. Civil wars, racial tensions, coups, all are a result of the U$ pitting people against each other. They keep the world weak so that they can control it.
There are somethings that we can do...protest, write, read, talk about it, educate yourselves and those around you. Support any organization or country which is against imperialism. And if need be we can join a resistance.

It is sad but it is true. Isolated resistance will meet repression. Many will die. But we have historical inevitablity on our side and that we must remember. Imperialism is the last struggling attempt to make exploitation more efficient. They will continue to increase efficiency. They will continue to push the Majority into deeper misery but there is only a certain amount you can push before the system breaks. But in the world today people are awakening to their condition in increasing numbers. The anti-globalisation movement is becoming more powerful. It is not absolutly anti-capitalist but it is proof that people are becoming aware. But as the revolution begins much blood will be shed. Perhaps though it will start in America or in the West elsewhere. The LA riots? I hope that a peaceful transfer of power can take place but I have grave doubts. I fear that we will have to take on the American might head on and there will undoubtedly be more than a few bloody noses.
