george bush started this revenge attack on afghanistan for the wests' civilisation among other shit but yet we hear of taliban and al qaeda POW's being hooded,drugged,and chained into an aeroplane to be flown across the world to cuba and then put in a cage outside.Is this civilisation at it's best?

Didn't you hear booga, the prisoners are to be sent to the US base in Cuba.
They're not being classed as POWs either.Whats with that, anyone know why?

For the US government is this the only way to send them to prison before punishing them, because if they would send them to any prison on US ground everybody in USA would be afraid in the dark, because of the risk of ESCAPE!
And, of course, it is another little attack on Cuba! Or would you like to live next to murderers (maybe)???

They are classified as "illgeal combatants" put simply it is so that they don't have to receive the treatment that is due from the Geneva Convention. It would also involve them admitting that the Taleban were a lawful government and not a terrorist state because only countries and not organisations are allowed to sign, and Afghanistan had. I flagrant abuse of the their rights. Also notice how the American prisoner has been put in America and by all accounts is getting far better treatment and visits. Which is nice for him ...
