I Will Deny You

Friday night I went out, and, thinking it wasn't too cold out, didn't bring much in the way of a coat. Then the bus took forever to come and I got a cold. So I barely left home last night, and this morning I had a conversation that I thought might interest some people here:
"Kids today" are incredibly apathetic and all that some of them seem to care about is Dawson's Creek. Then you've got the "hood" types that love drugs, etc. What they don't seem to realize is that behind every former male model who is now starring on "dramas" on the WB there are upwards of five old Jewish guys wearing Armani suits. Telling them to take over their country for the worker population in some other country is a message that won't get through to most of them. Before they take over a government they don't give two shits about, they'll probably want to take back their sex, drugs and rock and roll. Don't believe me? SSDP is the fastest-growing student organization. I was talking to some kids at NORML congress and it seems as if pro-legalization literature got them interested in the racial justice/environmental aspects of the movement.
So I say start there. Make posters with the Dawson's Creek logo, but instead of putting one of the stars on it put one of the producers or a network exec. It's always been the best way to get people to begin listening to you.
