Collectivity vs. Corporatism

OK, so please excuse yet another of my 'what is the differences between...', but what is the difference between corporatism and collectivity?

I would say that most people will argue collectivity to be the most democratic form of organizing work while corporatism has more of oligarchial system to it, but that's just a very simple look at it.
