To all the restricted capitalists, how did you find this site, and what made you want to stay? I'm not trying to be invasive, but I'm just curious about what made you interested in Guevara and Cuba even though he held beliefs so radicaly different than yours.

You actually think that the majority of capitalists have no knowledge of sites like these???

No, he is asking what made you come to this site in the first place and how did you come about it.

It's a fairly easy question.

I don't think that at all, I go cruising around capitalist forums and half of their discussions revolve around how to spam-attack left wing sites. I'm just interested in why you decide to hang around.

probably some work for the federali's. I would imagine this site would be monitored, because the right feels the need to spy on anybody who doesn't believe in their dogma.

This question has been asked before.

I first came here when I was a 15/16 yr old dabbling in the dark arts of Marxism. I recall visiting the site in 2001, shortly after its creation, and making a few posts under a name I don't recall. When September 11 came around I visited the forums frequently and remember reading with disdain "pro-imperialist" posts made by a guy named "Reagan-Lives".

Within about two years I'd totally abandoned socialism. I thought it would be fun to come back here and debate.

Was your abandonment gradual or sudden?

I think they are communists in denial. They might be good at the whole capitalist song and dance, but I think there is a little voice in their head, and it is singing the Communist Internationale.

I also became interested in Communism when I was 15/16 but over time as I have learnt more about communism and life I have driffted away from the communist ideals and more towords a right wing socialist perspective
