I'm looking for two types of games.
mmorpg/mmo/rpg text based browser games although it can be text based with a minor/medium gui. The catch is that i'm searching for games that don't require registration, perhaps similar to paradise xxiivv (http://wiki.xxiivv.com/Paradise).
The second game type I'm looking for could be as common as a typical RTS like Shattered Galaxy, Starcraft, tribalwars, etc but also doesn't require registration, there are no save points, with the general idea being that you're thrown into a world wide battle and you do what you can, for a particular side, with the time that you have.

I don't know how you mean to do it without registering. Any MMORPG played in a web browser is going to require at least some registration (although you might be able to use your facebook account as a shortcut).
In any case, here are some good games at least somewhat related to your criteria that I can personally endorse as being well worth your time:
The Battle for Wesnoth - excellent open source, f2p strategy/rpg that is extremely popular and has been around for well over a decade
Drakensang Online - free to play, browser based, not terribly good but worth your time if you like Diablo style gameplay
NationStates - I like it because you can create communist societies, free and extremely simple to get started and understand, browser based, people of many ideologies play and you can interact with them (create socialist blocs, oppose fascists, etc)
Warzone 2100 - a f2p RTS game that originally was for PS1 but got a PC port, I believe it's open source - not an MMO but it's one of the few RTS games that is completely free forever while also being fun
World in Conflict: Soviet Assault - a tactical RTS game that can be purchased on Steam, you get to play as communist Russia in an alternate timeline and invade the USA for the glory of socialism, it received excellent reviews when it came out back in the day

Thanks, i've looked into some of those. A lot of the text based games or non-persistent games/MUDs don't really have a registration process because with those games it's like you have stepped out of the world when you quit. There are some that have no registration but you create login creds and it saves your progress for a certain amount of time offline. The reason I don't want to have to deal with registration is that i'd have to walk several feet across the room to get my email login info.
I guess the game play that I'd like to find or develop because I think it be fun would be "like dayz" in that your chances of staying alive are slim but the life-death cycles aren't necessarily all as fast as a typical fps (this logic applies to non fps genre games as well). Logically the rpg element of that type of game would be limited to each run, unless there was a credential system of storage that lasted until you actually quit the game, which would be cool imo for RTS-MMO's
