We must ask ourselves a hard question in order to be able to stop crawling and jump higher than ever in the fight for equality.
WHY IS IT THAT THE HUMAN FIGHT FOR EQUALITY NEVER MANAGED TO ACHIEVE WHAT IT DESERVED?
The root causes are easily seen. Whenever leaders arose throughout history they were taken down with brutality and along with them died their dreams. From Spartacus to Che history is full of examples. Need no mention. We came a long way, from the times when people were enslaved to modern days. Yet much more is needed.
Can someone venture to guess how many hundreds of years would need to pass to get to a better society? Or perhaps thousands of years?
We need a better way to impress upon the people of this world the real possibility of equality among human beings. A way that doesn't depend on leaders that temporarily lead us further. A way that is independent of leaders. Only at that point success will be achieved. This way is the way of powerful, truthful statements. An unstoppable way that can not be taken down, a way that will last and spread across the world and across time.
A few simple statements repeated again and again.
These statements need to resonate with every one person and they need to address the root causes of inequality.
Root cause #1:
People that have something (i.e. wealth, power, position...) fear that by allowing other people to have something similar their own something will be lost.
Think about this!
For thousands of years strong countries fought weaker countries. Empires were forged this way. Political leaders are fighting other politicians. They block them at every turn. Political infighting is well known. As we keep going from country level, to political leaders level, to corporations leaders level, to low level workers the belief is shared by many:
IF SOMEONE ELSE ARISES I WILL FALL.
Root Cause #2:
The belief that:
THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH RESOURCES FOR EVERYONE.
This belief is ingrained in the minds of children since an early age. The contrary is the truth. There is plenty of everything just in different locations.
There is not enough money - if you are in a poor place go to the richest city in this world.
There is not enough food - if you are in a place with famine go to the largest supermarket.
There is not enough water - if you are in a desert go to the largest ocean.
There is not enough land - if you are on an island go to tallest peak.
Root Cause #3:
The belief that:
THE MORE PEOPLE THERE ARE THE WORSE IT IS.
This is a variation of #1 and #2.
These are some of the main causes why things are not advancing towards equality.

Now, being 45 years of age, having exceptional knowledge, understanding and skill I undertook upon myself a great task.
One worthy and the hardest among all. A challenge unlike anything other, to bring about:
HAPPINESS FOR EVERYONE.
