I'm getting involved in a group based in the south east of England with the aim of sending much needed musical instruments to Cuba. I don't need to go into why this is such a valuable mission. Its a massively important venture and I would greatly appreciate any help or advice on issues like fundraising, publicity, organisation and so on.
