Some moths ago I heard in a rario talk show (I forgot the name of that radio show). That many white-european american families. Encourage their young sons to join the national police departments, in order to kill black people, latinos, muslims, asians and other non-white races. These fascist parents motivate their sons to join the police. Because the police in USA can kill who ever they want, because the US justice system does not accuse policemen of what ever crime they have done
