I haven't read much on Kuwait myself, but people I have spoken with that lived in the region seem to have a very low opinion on Kuwait. I remember one of them said while discussing the Gulf War that Kuwaiti Human Rights weren't much different than Iraq's. Sorry, I don't have more reliable sources. :D
