Dear Chris,
This coming Tuesday, Sierra Club will be marching for living wages on a living planet as part of Fight for Fifteen's March on McDonald's.
The Fight for Fifteen has been organizing fast food workers for years to win a $15 minimum wage and the right of workers to form a union without retaliation. They're organizing a big march this Tuesday to correspond with the McDonald's corporate shareholder meeting happening the same week in Chicagoland.
Sierra Club is joining this march because we believe that there's no environmental justice without economic justice, and we see this march as an important part of the effort to build a liveable future for people and the planet. Can you join us?
