Rumors are spreading about a US invasion of North Korea tonight at 9:00 EST. Even if it's not true what could be the fallout from such an attack?

Why do you think it would happen at 9:00... whose rumors are this? The fallout would be a devastated north korea, even more devastated. And i hope they are too slow or incapable of deploying a nuclear weapon.
