Thoughts? According to this report, they're fragmented and disorganized, though that doesn't prevent "lone-wolf" attacks.

If those movements really are growing in Canada, what more should the revolutionary left be doing to stop this? I suppose the obvious answer is grow the ranks of the left. That raises other questions, though: How much of the problem is people being won over to fascism, versus people already with that predisposition growing bolder? How, if at all, should we separate those two groups in anti-fascist actions?

The attack in Quebec is just the beginning of this and I fear that we may underestimate the size and organization of the Far-right canadians.
They showed in the footage linked Soldiers of Odin on the street and I mean "vigilante" gangs are a pretty organized form of fascism seen all over.
I think before long this will be more common place. With U.S. President Donal J. Trump in office for possibly four years and possibly more the problem is not going to go away.

The O’Leary youth are probably already sowing their armbands. Both are a problem. Canada is a Liberal country and Liberals; even the Canadian type, are prone to fascism

How, if at all, should we separate those two groups in anti-fascist actions?

For the former we need people on the streets and in the public voice rallying against fascism and keeping our streets clean of filth. Posters, graffiti, Sons of Odin all need to be confronted publicly.

For the Later; I suppose the same is true. Every Fascist struck down on the street will drive them back; every time they do what they did in Quebec they will grow bolder and more active.
