Imperialist american puppet state and committing genocide against the palestinians, and discriminates against the christian and muslim population there

The more voracious version of Apartheid-era South Africa with much the same animosity projected against anyone even slightly critical of the regime.

Israel is imperialist, but not nearly as much as important as some people claim it here. Those same people usually don't care about the genocide of Yazidis, Assyrians, and Kurds (at least they don't post constantly about it) that also happens along with the Israeli war on Palestine. In other words, hipocrisy is shit. So is anti-semitism. So are the policies of the Israeli government.

What about the right for *Palestinians* to exist, since that's the far-more-pressing priority there.

It's not so much the "Jews' right to exist" as it is one country burglarizing and terrorizing another simply because they have the manpower, the guns, that motherfucking 400+ kilometer wall surrounding the border and R60 Billion ZAR annual donation from the USA. Even inside Israel itself, anyone who says anything remotely negative against Israel, *regardless* of who, potentially has their life in danger. Not too long ago, a reporter in Israel was fired for pro-Palestinian comments.

Bullshit. Zio-racist hatespeech.

Jews have a right to exist, but their right to exist lies in their humanity and not in their religion/ethnicity. To exist as a Jew is not a right, particularly when it comes at the cost of other people's rights.

You can't force people to identify one way or another. What's problematic isn't the existence of these categories but their social implications and forms.

I think that GLF is calling 'bullshit' on religion, saying that it duly serves the ruling class as an apologia for elitism and the class divide.

(Consider that what it does, socially, is to inherently show 'divine' favoritism for one class or portion of the population, through its sectarian worldview.)

'To exist as a Jew / Christian / Muslim / whatever' means that one is adopting and subscribing to a view of the world that puts a certain population-identity first, before all others, as a matter of course. Once the overall elitist premise is accepted by others then any beliefs or practices within that worldview are all automatically formally *legitimized*, as with the institution of organized religion, 'the church'.

Got a little illustration for this, btw:

Sure, you can't legitimately socially 'force' or coerce people's beliefs one way or another, but that's actually just bourgeois-talk of 'rights', while the objective class-divided socio-material world functions on which 'club' / identity is regularly enforced and seen as 'normal', with all others being 'weird' / not-normal in their characteristics and practice.
