Professor Richard Wolff gives an enlightening talk about capitalism. Listen, Pause, and Reflect. Then pass it around.

Glad to see the outreach and professional credentials.
That said, Wolff's conclusion of 'worker co-ops' is a bit *less* than sufficient, unfortunately. I wouldn't *dismiss* the occurrence of such, but I tend to be on the *critical* side of things when it comes to the aim of full implementation into communism.
Wolff really seems to be more of an *anarchist* this way, and the shortcoming of the anarchist approach is that it's too *localist*. There'd be nothing to prevent a new kind of parochialism all over again, this time regarding collectivist production, on a patchwork landscape.
For example, what if one particular commune happened to be *religious* and they said 'We're autonomous and we see no reason to cooperate in supply chains with any other productive areas that are different from our religion.' This attitude would effectively be *favoritist* and sectarian at the very least.
Sure it would be post-capitalist and internally there would be no commodity-production, but this overall socio-political premise would actually be *far less* productive and would be less-complex in types of production than what we have today under capitalism. It wouldn't be an improvement on the whole, global scale, and there's nothing that would predispose it to greater economic integration over time.
