40% of food is wasted, because it doesn't fit very precise specifications. If you don't believe me go into any supermarket and look at packed vegetables and notice how similar the sizes are.

Anyway people eating so much they die of heart disease while others don't eat enough suggests a problem to me. Basically too much food is being wasted.

If you like food wasted, continue support a system which creates mass murder. Remember King Leopold's secret police butchering 8 million Africans during the early 1900s. It's still going on today, except it's more like 10 million a year.

Feed the world, develop farms and industry in Africa, Eliminate poverty.

As your emaciated Nubian doesn't live under anything that remotely resembles a capitalist system, I can't imagine what relationship he has to the obese American. Unless your point is that if he were living under capitalism, he would have the opportunity to eat his way into a heart attack. In any event, I doubt you'd get much of a reaction, since most of your subject's energy would probably be concentrated in keeping his heart beating...a situation imposed upon him by the fascist military government that is subjugating and starving him. This is the case despite the fanciful screeds of the type of people who hang around here and would like us to believe that somehow the fat man minding his own business is causing the skinny man 10,000 miles away to starve. Anyway, I fail to see your point, Moskitto, and I suspect that's because you don't have one.
