Yes Comrades, Believe it or not a man that killed 77 people and injured 319 has taken to the Norwegian court and won, because the court felt that leaving this bastard maggot alone was "in breach of his human rights".
I bet he lasts about 10 minutes before requesting to be isolated again (if Norwegian Jails are anything like Irish ones).

No human rights for enemies of humanity.
I hope he rots. Fucking scum.

I dunno, I'm a Norwegian resident myself, and while I agree that Breivik is a worthless, fascist scumbag, I still think that it is possible to rehabilitate pieces of shit like that. After all, I'm a believer in the abolishment of the traditional prison system, so that criminals can be rehabilitated. I think that even the scummiest piece of crap like Breivik deserves their human rights.

Agreed...but isolation does seem like something done at least as much for his own benefit as for anyone else's.
Focusing too much on vengeance against any individual fascist, however heinous, risks just making him into some kind of reactionary martyr. The left needs to be taking action against the root causes of fascist sympathies. None of that, of course, is to say that confrontation with fascists should be shied away from in a revolutionary situation.

It's not like sadistically penalizing one individual fascist solves the problem of fascism; all it does is perpetuate the violence of the state.

Agreed, just like arresting a drug addict will not solve the drug problem.

Isolation is a form of psychological torture. Whatever his crimes, torture of any kind shouldn't be condoned.
