Thursday APRIL 21 -- Which Side Are You On?
Support National Day of Student Action to STOP Police Terror
A Call has been issued for a National Day of Student Action to STOP Police Terror on April 21 by students at San Francisco State University.
This call is supported by Carl Dix, Dr. Cornel West, and Grammy-Award winning musician Arturo O'Farrill. Join them in endorsing this action.
On this day, there will be walkouts, protests and other manifestations of powerful action to **stop the terror police are enforcing that disproportionately targets Black and Latino people**.
Police are still getting away with murder. As of March 15, police in this country have killed 213 people. That's almost 3 people each and every day. Yet murdering cops or jail guards still almost always go free. There is no middle ground in this fight against injustice. You are either on the side of fighting to STOP police terror, or you're on the side of saying it's OK for it to continue being enforced. Which Side Are You On?
Now, as things in this society are being sharply polarized as a fascist movement is being pumped up, and as people are mobilizing to stand up in opposition to this ugly crap; is the time for powerful action to STOP these horrors. On April 21, students will powerfully join the movement to STOP police terror with their Call for a National Day of Student Action. This isn't just something for Black, Latino and other oppressed people wUCLA_students_Kailey_Richovd.jpgho are disproportionately targeted by brutal, murdering police. Everybody has to join this fight.
If you're on a campus, mobilize students there to act on April 21 and spread the word to every campus you can reach, calling on them to act on April 21 too. If you aren't on a campus, add your name to the list of supporters of this Call for nationwide student action, and spread the word to every campus you can reach and everybody else you can reach. We must all declare that we refuse to live in a world where law enforcement has a green light to brutalize and murder people.
The Dogs Are Still in the Street!

The No More Stolen Lives Tour aims to bring the reality of murder by police to college campuses, directly posing the question to students, “Which Side Are You On?”—and calling on them to build for the tour and to take a stand in April by most urgently organizing a national student strike to stop police terror that will send a call to students throughout society to play a crucial role in being a part of putting a stop to this genocide.
On March 10, the No More Stolen Lives Tour came to San Francisco State University. Project Rebound, a program on campus that works with the formerly incarcerated to get them in and through college, endorsed the event and worked with us to get students there...
