I'd love to see some updates on this as the project evolves - including things like budgets, funding strategies, complications, information on the demographics of readers/writers etc.

I'm too removed from your context to likely be of any help, but I'm certain we could all learn from your experience.

My own publishing experience was in a monthly broadsheet - very small scale (print runs of about 300), distributed for free, etc. If you have questions for me out of that experience, I'd be happy to take them on . . . but they might not be very useful.
