Indeed. One of the top ten, no doubt.

The opening solo play at the 1974 WC final against Germany, in which he crossed the German lines like a hot knife into a block of butter was pure art.

Another, less famous play that was pure genius was as his team had a foul kick to play, and the players of the other team kept complaining, he stepped ahead of the ball and started arguing with them... and subreptitiously rolled the ball back, taking the other team by surprise.
