Some images circulated with the statement:

"Picture of a coward assassination of a poor Cuban peasant
When a miserable communist talks about human rights, show this photo!"

Search for a picture with the description "Raul Castro blindfolds a prisoner ready for execution".

Who is this guy? With clothes similar to the guerrilla and considered to be "a peasant". I think it was a deserter from within the M-26-7.

Would be helpful if there was a picture.

II presume it's from here[Warning: Graphic] http://www.latinamericanstudies.org/revolutionary-firing-squads.htm I don't know the context. For all I know it's a drill, a mock execution, Raul Castro saving someone from a Batista regime firing squad, or the man is a criminal who had it coming, like a spy, rapist, murder, ect. Even if he was just a deserter, that gets people killed. Desertion is still a capital offensive in the US military.

Fucking rich, talking about how this is the "horrors" of communism. Same motherfuckers praise US imperialism, a state in perpetual war that butchered Korea a few years before that photo, and would decimate entire nations in Indochina shortly after that photo. Which gained Cuba as a neo-colony in the Spanish-American War under the pretense of "liberating" Cuba, Puerto Rico and the Philippines. And launching a genocidal counterinsurgency (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Philippine%E2%80%93American_War#Casualties) in the latter. A state up there with Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq and China in executions a year, on top of possibly thousands killed by police each year.

Yes, that's the one.

I cannot post pictures nor links because of my "rank" here.

I suppose it's a deserter because the uniforms are almost the same, isn't it? I wish we had its name.
