When I first started listening to Rage I just pretty much wondered what the fuck the lyrics where about. So one thing led to another and I found about Che and from there I learned about Communism. And now I hate U$A, hurray!

Well, about 7 years ago i started to construct an opinion about flaws in the current system, and what could be done instead...
after another 4 years thinking i had this great new idea, i found out that this bastard marx had beaten me to it by about 150 years when i had a conversation with my history teacher...
then i read some communist books, and researched a bit at the library. Then my family got sky, and there was a program about che on the history channel...
and che epitomised, in my opinion, every virtue of the revolution. marveloso

an older punk friend of mine worked at a bookstore that provided 'radical' (i.e. not mainstream books). when the slightest thing was wrong with a book they couldn't sell it so the employees kept the books. this friend of mine, therefore often gave me books about some of the things we had discussed before. throught readings these books, such as michael parenti and the struggle to be human, i began to see the wisdom in socialism.

On SelectSmart, I was using the quizzes on which president to vote for and I got David Mcreynolds first. He's a Socialist. All those tests revealed that I was a Socialist of some sort...

I try not to tag any isms though, but Libertarian Socialism tends to fit quite well for me...

hmmm i dont know when exactly, as far as socialism goes, probably only like a year and a half ago. About three years ago i started researching religion, various types and its flaws. Through that i met alot of people and one of my friends who was also into religion got me into che. he recommended a book on him i read it and sine then ive been hooked.

well .... 4 years ago i bought a book about intelligence agencies in the world , and there was a whole chapter about che-guevara ..... all about him and his works and about castro ....... and how the cia tried to kill him and all that ... so i got pretty impressed , and read more about him , then about socialism and communism .... and i liked it.

When I was learning about the Holocaust in Hebrew School, my teacher told us how so many of the people Hitler killed were Communists. This automatically made me sympathetic to their cause, and I was only is second grade. I learned about socialism, etc. in fourth grade and even though I don't officially call myself a socialist, that's when I became interested.
