I think you are using an invented metaphysics that even the Bible doesn't really support. First of all it's not entirely clear what the Angels even are. There are contradictions about what they are or whether or not they have independent thought, if they are even capable of rebelling. That notion of Satan as a rogue angel is not entirely cannon. Moreover the notion of a kingdom of God, is probably the best metaphor or description that Bronze Age folks would be capable of understanding. I don't think that this kingdom has any real-world analog. I don't think of it as a monarchy with God as the king. That's just the most simplified way of explaining it rather than it being how it is.

My takeaway is that kingdoms on earth and circumstances that seem so important to us are insignificant. That what really matters is God's kingdom. This is not a literal Kingdom. Literal kingdoms have boundaries, they are transitory and ephemeral. They are lines drawn on maps and heraldry on flags, a completely human invention. But it begs the question of what is the ultimate reality? What is the ultimate authority that all others must bow to? Not because we are afraid of it or because it's using some quaint human threats but because it has some feature that embodies perfect justice, what ever that is. And what is justice?

So to take literally these things is going to of course lead to some odd conclusions.

I think when you read the stories that you should look for a deeper meaning there what is the takeaway, what is the literary theme? What are the values that are trying to be conveyed? How does this apply to the society in which the story came from and how can we apply it or make it relevant to people today. When people were inspired to write these stories they were trying to answer questions that were far outside the bounds of what the senses could reveal. Why is good good? Where did we come from why do we exist? Why is death a thing and Should I be afraid? What does my life mean? Why is there evil in this world? It's not a matter of "this angel did this" or ",did this really happen?" Think of this as part of our cultural heritage. Its all myth but there's some truth buried inside of it that meant something to our ancestors. They felt inspired by the Holy Spirit to write it down.
