A recent report from Henry County (http://www.rawstory.com/2015/12/bombshell-alabama-cops-systematically-framed-blacks-by-planting-drugs-and-guns-for-decades/) has exposed a continuing and systematic police campaign of planting drugs and weapons on young black men in Dothan, Alabama. This campaign started all the way back in 1996 and went unabated for over twenty years. This resulted in the false arrest and imprisonment of thousands of innocent people.
And they did all of this with the tacit approval of their superiors. One of whom is currently the Assistant Director of Homeland Security for the state of Alabama.
And what makes matters worse is that the ONLY reason this was finally exposed was because of OTHER cops who actually had some semblance of ethics tattled on them. Regular people are, of course, powerless to expose this shit on their own.
