I would like to note that the statement "The USA did not win any war since WWII" is wrong even in the metaphorical sense. Operation Urgent Fury was a complete success for the USA, easily replacing a hostile government with a friendy government with little cost and the benefits of its invasion outweighing the drawbacks for the USA government.

Beyond that, I'm not sure how much of the USA's later successes (dismantling Libya so effectively, stripping away Iran's allies) were a result of conscious planning and how much was down to pure dumb luck. They certainly benefited a lot from the Arab Spring, though.

The first Gulf War was a success. Saddam Hussein was kicked out of Kuwait.

What, were the US marines just meeting up with Noriega to listen to the new Guns and Roses track in Panama?

I also reject this notion. There were no world wars, but that doesn't means there were no wars. USA may have lost at Vietnam but that doesn't means it's weak or losing all their wars.

I think it's more probable this notion is american propaganda than the contrary.
