Red Baker

Hello, comrades!
The name is red baker, and as the name implies, I bake bread, pastries, and all kinds of sweets (that I don't eat...how's that for alienated labor? :p) and I also happen to be a communist. In my "free time" I enjoy reading (almost exclusively Marxist theory, with an occasional foray into science fiction and philosophy), writing (although I don't do it nearly often as I should), drinking copious amounts of coffee, and working out.
I'm not part of any organization as of yet, on account of not being in an area with any to speak of. I consider myself an Orthodox Trotskyist, and broadly sympathetic toward the politics of the Spartacist League. I have something of a trade union background and am very interested in doing some kind of trade union organizing as a bridge toward re-developing some sense of class consciousness in the United States.
