Enrique Dussel

Sorry to do this, does anyone know much about the ethics of Enrique Dussel, and if any of his works are published in English? I have heard marvelous things about him from Mexicana amiga pero, she was unsure of English translations, or even simplified Spanish ones. So i'm prob. not intelligent to decipher anyway,but will try
