A Problem of Strategy

I have been reading Hobsmawm's Revolutionaries: Contemporary Essays

Does anyone recommend other books on revolutionary strategy? Anarchists, Autonomists, Left-Communists, Trotskysts, Stalinists, Maoists, everything is accepted ;)

Also, which new strategies are out there?

Wich strategies you think most apply to our current situation (2008 crisis, neo-liberalism, slow destruction of democracy, etc...?

The one I like the most is probably Revolutionary Strategy by Mike Macnair of the CPGB. Fighting For Ourselves from Solidarity Federation also, maybe, would be something you're looking for, and is pretty interesting.
