That depends what you mean with "darknet". This is an umbrella term for everything that uses some kind of secured networking technology. Given the use cases for these networks, which almost always are beyond what is allowed by the law, it would also be prudent to not discuss the contents of such websites here.

Broadly speaking, there are three main "darknets":
- TOR (https://www.torproject.org/) (most popular one)
- I2P (https://geti2p.net/en/)
- Freenet (https://freenetproject.org/)

I've never heard about any such '.onion' community. Likely it doesn't exist. There is no need for communists to go into darknet. Unless someone wants to organize some terrorist action movement. But I think that communist terrorism is only past.

"The most hardcore communist revolutionaries" are probably centenarian Southeast Asians and don't use the Internet that much, the darknet from what I've seen is filled with paranoid lolbertarian types that think police won't be able to find them selling weed there.
