I could have sworn I already made this thread, but anyway...
I'm brewing damson wine and blackberry wine. Got some cherry brandy and rose vodka on the go too, and hoping to make some sloe gin too!
How about you guys?

I'm brewing a communist, I got to admit, it's a difficult task.

...A bitter discontent, mixed with an inevitable creeping consciousness of the vile world condition, soon to boil over in ferment, fomenting a chaotic cup of disobedience and massive collective self-righteousness that settles in its own way, retaining its fire eternally.
Oh, you meant 'tea'....

I'm not brewing anything but the pumpkin ales out this year have been done right so far. A lot of breweries changed their approach.. Dogfish head and Southern Tier are still the best 2 I've had.
If any of you east siders find allagash white on tap drink a few for me because that brewery doesn't ship to here.

there's an elderberry wine that should be ready by april or may next year. We finished two beers recently, a simcoe/maris otter Single Malt and Single Hop and a Hallertau/Vienna SMaSH which turned out in an oktoberfestbier style. Next we're going to be brewing a spiced christmas porter, which in the weeks between now and christmas should have plenty of time to fully ferment out and mature.

I made it with apple juice, sugar and bread pieces in a plastic bag near the heater...

Guess if you are not actually in prison you could substitute the bread for actual yeast.

A co-worker of mine who had spent some time in prison once went into a pretty detailed description of the hooch they used to make in da joint, lol. The only detail I remember is that when they had to "burp it" (a.k.a. purge the oxygen) the inmates would flush the prison toilets at the same time so the guards wouldn't hear the noise.
