Commuinism would have prevented the wtc collapsing

I saw this program on why they collpsed and what they a said was that because there was trueses in between the floors thess then fell at one end and they fell through. Know because the design of the building was so efficent to save money that when a major elemnt was removed in this case the floor it collapsed because they were trying to save money.

Then again in a commuinst society would they have built them in the first place?
