Hello. old Brit now living in los angeles. ex anarcho,now more interested in marxism and related politics.. what groups are active in LA? I have contacted socialist alternative,workers power and others and never a reply..i know US is much bigger than britain(understatement) but there must be some Reds in LA?! CPUSA are the only folks who have responded..

The most active reds I have seen here that is not on a college campus is the RCP and I sadly encountered them more times than I care to admit. Left-wing radical groups will pretty much be dead in LA until the Bernie fad passes.

Not far from RCP is PSL and the ANSWER coalition. I don't know where you'd find the others. They usually gather at rallies but I don't know how to keep track of those in the LA area.
