YOU CAN'T KILL THE REVOLUTION!

Check it out - http://www.diymedia.net/audio/mp3ratmtool.htm

I think we are missing out on the release of one damn awesome duet.

I think I just had what could be a 'toolgasm'. Okay, maybe not, but FUCK YEAH this is good.

The end is taken from a song "New millenium homes".
But it was a good song

You can kill a revolutionary but you cant kill the revolution.

I've calmed down. This song is way better than the other Ratm/Tool song (to me). I found out this song was originally for the Judgement Night soundtrack, but for some unknown reason it didn't appear on there.

I'm still fuck'n happy though! One good thing in my life finally!

There's a track off the first Tool record that has spoken part at the end. On the record Henry Rollins does it, but there's a very ubiquitous bootleg on the internet of Zack de la Rocha doing it from when the two bands went on tour in 1992.

i didn't d/l from the site but I'm certain that a song entitled "you can't kill the revolution" was on the "live and Rare" cd. But this could be an altered version, my speakers don't work so i can't check.

The Live and Rare Cd I have consists of the following:

1 Clear tha Lane
2 Narrows
3 Mindset's A Threat
4 Black Steel in the Hour of Chaos (ft. Chuck D)
5 Burn Hollywood (ft. Chuck D and The Roots)
6 Hadda Be Playin' on a Juke Box
7 Bombs Over Baghdad (Remix)
8 Bombtrack (Evening Session Remix)
9 Fuck tha Police
10 Zapata's Blood
11 Know Your Enemy (live ft. Toool)
12 You can Kill a Revolutionary But You Can't Kill the Revolution
13 Darkness of Greed

Strange isn't it? The CD's seem to be similar but far from identical. Maybe there were differnet versions for different countries. I think mine is American.

Can you find your version on the net anywhere?

I did a quick search i only looked at the first four results and all of them were the same CD that you have. My copy isn't original , someone burned it for me. so I'll ask the "criminal" to shed some light on this issue. The "criminal' is actually andresG, a member here.

The situation has been sloved. It appears that andresG is not only a "criminal" for downloading he's also one for plagiarizing. What he did was download live and rare songs from the winmx and kazaa. The songs he downloaded were not necessarily the same live and rare songs on the "Live and Rare" CD, although he thought he ripped off the title. Now that it's all over and solved I fell like I've been living a lie for the past two years.
