Hello, we spoke last December I believe about a website that I wanted to create. I have since distilled what it is that I want the site to be so please stay with me.
It's going to be geared towards the young, meaning 15-34 demographic, with the content ranging from trade policy to the Israeli destruction of Palestine to the latest underground rap scene of Richmond, Virginia to the struggles of youth and coming of age stories. I am looking to have news, opinions, analyses both of just current events and our historical/political moment, new music, new art & artists, prose pieces submitted by the audience, video game/ nerd culture, and much more.
In it's structure and feel it will be a Reddit of my mind, however I am hoping that there are many more people like myself, young leftists/revolutionaries who are interested in communicating and networking with other like themselves. Those who are asking themselves questions about their future, how/if they should build a life for themselves outside the capitalist system, how to talk to friends about issues, how to get involved with others like them in their area, how to create a system of intellectual self defense for themselves and their peers, etc.
I will be accepting, news, analysis, prose work, art, music, and anything else unique and created by you, very soon.
Please leave me your thoughts and interest in this thread.
