Battleground Berlin CIA vs. KGB in the Cold War

I heard that it was written by a former KGB agent and a former CIA agent. Both worked in Berlin during the Cold War. It sounds pretty interesting and I'm considering buying it as soon as I am done reading the Che bolivian diaries. Just wondering, have any of you read it? And would you recomend it?
