Was wondering if anyone could suggest any recommended books or essays for a (relatively) novice Marxist. I already read Max Eastman's version of Kapitall and the Communist Manifesto, along with Michael Harrington's Socialism. Just wondering what else I should add to my list.

"Anti-Dühring" is a good start in my opinion. You get the basics of Marxism and it is not that hard to understand.

You should avoid getting your introduction to Marxism from sources other than Marx and Engels. That includes things like /r/communism, or "Marxist" and other "communist" FAQ pages which are usually full to the brim with Trotskyist or Tankie nonsense.

Good places to start are:

The Communist Manifesto (noting that it is a revolutionary pamphlet, not an in depth thing)

Critique of the Gotha Programme

Socialism: Utopian and Scientific

Wage Labour and Capital

Poverty of Philosophy

Outside of that, I found Terry Eagletons book "Why Marx was Right" not bad, and might help you out.

For anything Marxist outside of Marx, or if you cannot find these works online, you can feel free to PM me and I'll hook you up.
